Hello my name is Eleni, I am a Kundalini Global Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer (2nd degree) a singer/songwriter, queer and my pronouns are she/her.
I donโt think Iโm considered a โyogiโ in the usual sense – Iโm more like the yoga person next door!
It had never crossed my mind before that I could become a teacher.
I just wanted to learn more about the Kundalini technology, because when I started practicing it a few years ago, I felt the benefits from the very first class. I was amazed by the calmness that I felt after the first Sufi Grind. It was definitely love at first sight.

That is why I decided to learn more about it and join Carolyn Cowanโs training. And I can now say with no doubt that itโs been the best thing I have ever done for myself. It hasย made me realise and strongly believe that this knowledge needs to be shared with others.
My life has changed dramatically. Amongst the many benefits I have experienced, my stress levels have gone down, I feel stronger than ever and itโs made me appreciate my relationshipย with myself and others.ย It is a blessing and a huge joy to be passing on the gift of Kundalini Global and I canโt wait to show you how you can also change how you feel, inside and out!
