Kundalini Global classes open with a simple, extremely powerful, stretch that allows for every single person to start from a place of presence. Will you take it on at the start of the next 40 days, and see how it makes you feel?

This stretch, and the two practices that follow it, are a wonderful, short, sequence, taking less than two minutes. You can take it on any time, anywhere, when you would like a reset. When stressed, when tired, when overwhelmed, when angry… just for the joy of it.

  1. Thanks. I have an injury, strain in my left intercostal muscles, and have been recommended small time of gentle stretching. Will be great for my body and soul!
