Bio:
I am a South African living in the North West of England, a mother, firmly post-menopausal, in recovery, and I am delighted to be able to share the learning and tools that have got me to this point.
What I love about Kundalini Global yoga is that it changes how you feel, quite quickly. You can come to class feeling stressed and low, and within 10 minutes you are in a different place. As someone who has always been a fan of instant gratification, this aspect is enormously appealing to me. But it has long-lasting benefits too, and itโs those that have made the most profound difference to my mental health.
After years of battling with addictions, anxiety and depression, I finally feel โunaddictedโ and at peace. This is what inspires me to guide others to their own place of liberation though nutrition, neuroscience, yoga and breath.
I don’t have all the answers, but I can help lay the groundwork by supporting you to reduce self-damaging substances and behaviours, and nourish yourself well. I open up space to have meaningful discussions with humour, kindness and absolutely no judgement.
My approach to teaching is a combination of science and heart-led insight to the human condition. All my offerings – yoga classes, workshops, retreats and 1:1s – provide a space where you can experience these shifts, and move towards finding peace within yourself.
Come practice with me.
