Bio:

Hi I’m Hannah, a Kundalini Global teacher based in North West London.

My approach to yoga is through kindness and gentleness. Being kind and gentle to both our bodies and our minds. My teaching focuses on the awareness of the body, feeling into what it needs, cultivating a deep understanding and mind body connection. A focus on an embodied yoga practice has supported my own journey of finding stillness.

Client Feedback:

“I LOVE Hannah’s classes! I feel transformed after each class. Whatever I have going on or how I’m feeling on that day: stress, anxiety, low mood etc- Hannah’s beautifully and thoughtfully taught classes leave me feeling floaty and zen and lead me to have a great nights sleep. Attending a weekly class with Hannah has honestly kept me sane during these challenging times.”

Hannah’s Classes

I teach with a focus on managing stress, anxiety and depression. As a person who has been anxious and depressed for most of my life, I have experienced first hand the potency of Kundalini yoga in transforming how I feel day to day.

With regular practice, we build strength, resilience, will and determination and slowly regain trust in ourselves.

The stillness that follows a challenging posture, the stillness you find whilst in posture and finally the stillness that follows after a yoga practice and the ability to sit or lie in a meditative state is truly a blissful experience.

The ritual of rolling out the mat, creating a sacred space, lighting a candle to honour the divine within are some of my adored aspects of my practice and teaching. I am passionate about holding a kind, safe and transformational space for my clients.

I currently teach classes in person at the Community Association for West Hampstead – CAWH and online.
